Our intricate nervous system and brain process this sensory information and we respond emotionally and act on it. Establish a flexible daily routine using a simple set of age appropriate guidelines for sleep, awake and feed times.

SIGNALS

Interpret your baby’s signals and respond appropriately: know when to stimulate your baby, when she has had enough and how to prevent overstimulation.
